Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Thoracic Transplant ICU night shift position requiring cardiac device management skills.

Details

• Work in the CV Thoracic Transplant ICU, a cardiac medical and surgical unit
• Care for up to 2 ICU patients at a time
• Manage cardiac devices as part of patient care
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 06:30
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity cardiac ICU environment
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
• Candidates should begin discussing extension opportunities with management approximately 45 days before assignment end date
