Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ER/Med-Surg position requiring a compact or IA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

• Work in the Med Surg unit of a hospital setting
• Care for both med/surg and Emergency Department patients
• Night shift schedule of 1800-0630
• Every other weekend (EOW) work required
• Holiday coverage required to fill open needs
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact or IA) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) also acceptable in place of PALS)
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• License and Nursys verification dated within 30 days of start required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care across both med/surg and Emergency Department patient populations
• Local candidates accepted in CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
