Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a PA or compact RN license and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

Acute care setting within a hospital Emergency Room unit
Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7pm-7am
36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
13-week contract assignment
Uses MEDITECH EMR charting system

Requirements

Active RN license (PA or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
BSN not required for this position

Additional Information

Provide emergency nursing care to patients presenting with a variety of acute conditions
Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract
