Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring CNMT certification and 2+ years of experience in a Level 3 trauma hospital.

Details

• 36-bed acute care hospital with a Level 3 Trauma designation
• Imaging department serving all patient populations
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Uses GE nuclear imaging equipment and Meditech EHR
• Radiology background helpful for floating to Radiology during downtime

Requirements

• CNMT certification required
• 2+ years of experience required
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine/PET required
• Background in Radiology preferred, especially if still active in that specialty
• License required if applicable
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• AHA certifications required
• Active license verification required at time of consideration

• Facility offers cardiopulmonary, arthroscopic surgery, ED, ortho, sports medicine, diagnostics, advanced wound care, sleep disorder services, and dialysis
• Located near Lake Superior with access to sandy beaches and coastline
• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who worked perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
