Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a PACU position requiring an active MA RN license and current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
Details
- Work in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital setting
- 36-hour night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts
- Shift hours are 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA only)
- Primary source verification of professional license and certifications required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration
- Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
Additional Information
- Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from surgical procedures
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to be eligible for standard travel rate
- Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
