Description

American Traveler is seeking a Level III NICU/PICU Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience and AHA certifications.

Details

• Work in a Level III NICU and PICU respiratory care unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift hours from 19:00-07:30
• May float to Adult ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, Emergency Department, and General Pediatrics
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA)
• PALS certification required (must be AHA)
• ACLS certification required (must be AHA)
• NRP certification required (must be AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients in a Level III NICU/PICU setting
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary pediatric and neonatal critical care team
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply that could affect pay rate
