Description
American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Respiratory Therapist for a day shift travel position requiring 2+ years of experience treating all ages including pediatric ER patients.
Details
- department within an inpatient hospital setting
- Treats patients of all ages including pediatric ER cases
- Uses EPIC EMR
- Day shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- Weekend rotation required every third weekend
- Possible holiday coverage required
- No on-call requirements
- Willing to pick up extra shifts for vacations and staffing needs
Requirements
- ages including pediatric ER experience required, 2+ years overall experience needed
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (must be AHA-issued)
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- VA state license required if applicable
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Must reside at least 65 miles from the facility, as local candidates will not be considered
- Hunter green scrubs required per facility dress code policy
- COVID and flu vaccination documentation required for consideration
