Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active MA RN license and 2+ years of L&D experience.
Details
- Work in the Obstetrics Delivery unit of a hospital environment
- Unit supports approximately 2,600 births each year with a lower than average c-section rate reflecting evidence-based, patient-centered care
- 12-hour rotating shift schedule, working every other weekend
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- No floating or charge nurse responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active MA RN license in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Travel nursing experience is a plus
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6+ month break before returning to any BILH facility
- Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
