Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring at least 1 year of Home Health experience.
Details
- Home Health setting within a post-acute services program
- Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- No on-call requirements
- Clinician may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs, with mileage reimbursed for travel between patient visits
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required; 2 years preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- PT State License required if applicable
- PTA certification preferred
- Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Candidates must live outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted
- All requested time off must be submitted with the initial application, as later requests will not be accommodated
- Attendance policy in place: missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
- Former permanent staff of this facility system are not eligible to return as travelers
- Candidates with a pending state license may be considered, but license must be obtained prior to start date
