Description

American Traveler is hiring a remote RN Utilization Review case manager requiring CCM/CMCN certification and Epic/Dragonfly experience.

Details

• Fully remote Utilization Management position within a corporate care management department
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8A to 4:30P, with an every fifth weekend rotation
• 13-week contract assignment
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float first and possibly to sister campuses
• EMR is Epic; UM tool is Dragonfly

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• CCM or CMCN certification required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Dragonfly UM tool experience required
• Must be computer literate with prior remote work experience
• Candidate must supply own computer equipment
• Verification of nursing school accreditation required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of verification
• Prior travel nurse experience highly preferred

Additional Information

• Perform utilization management/review responsibilities in a remote care management role
• Travelers are expected to integrate as core staff and function within unit culture
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, and cannot own or cosign property within that radius
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted for consideration prior to start, as RTO will not be approved after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday; candidates must be in the area in person for badge/ID before transitioning to remote work
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start with no exceptions for pending documentation
• Local candidates accepted provided they meet the residency and radius requirements
