Description
American Traveler is hiring a remote RN Utilization Review case manager requiring CCM/CMCN certification and Epic/Dragonfly experience.
Details
- Fully remote Utilization Management position within a corporate care management department
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8A to 4:30P, with an every fifth weekend rotation
- 13-week contract assignment
- Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float first and possibly to sister campuses
- EMR is Epic; UM tool is Dragonfly
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license required
- CCM or CMCN certification required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Dragonfly UM tool experience required
- Must be computer literate with prior remote work experience
- Candidate must supply own computer equipment
- Verification of nursing school accreditation required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of verification
- Prior travel nurse experience highly preferred
Additional Information
- Perform utilization management/review responsibilities in a remote care management role
- Travelers are expected to integrate as core staff and function within unit culture
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, and cannot own or cosign property within that radius
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted for consideration prior to start, as RTO will not be approved after submission
- Orientation begins on a Friday; candidates must be in the area in person for badge/ID before transitioning to remote work
- Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start with no exceptions for pending documentation
- Local candidates accepted provided they meet the residency and radius requirements
