Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Stepdown position requiring cardiac nursing experience and current ACLS certification.
Details
- Acute care Stepdown unit specializing in Surgical and Cardiology patients
- Uses EPIC EMR
- 12-hour shifts on a Day/Night rotating schedule
- Scheduled for 36 or 48 hours per week
- Works every other weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) or straight weekends
- Works every other holiday
Requirements
- Active RN license (SD or Compact) required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Cardiac nursing experience required
- Critical care experience preferred
- Current EPIC EMR experience required
- BSN not required for this position
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to surgical and cardiology patients in a stepdown setting
- Ceil blue scrubs provided
- Must badge in and out at the facility
- Candidates who previously worked at this health system must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission
