Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position in a Critical Access Hospital setting requiring VT or compact RN licensure and multiple specialty certifications.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of a Critical Access Hospital
- Day shift with varied scheduling
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active VT or compact RN license required upon acceptance
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NRP
- No minimum years of experience required
- Ability to perform age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process
Additional Information
- Deliver direct patient care within Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Emergency Department-specific standards
- Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of work to other staff levels
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
- Candidates without all required certifications active prior to start date must have a renewal plan in place
