Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring 1+ year of skilled home health experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Home health setting serving patients throughout Medford, OR and surrounding areas
- 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day
- Standard productivity expectation of 30 points
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- No floating between like units required
- Uses Epic/Oasis for charting
- Occasional maximum drive radius of 50+ miles between patient visits
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- BLS certification required
- Oasis charting experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Any color scrubs accepted
- Free parking available
- Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
- System groups clients to help minimize drive and travel time between visits
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
- Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
