Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) with 3-5+ years of ICU/ER experience for a night shift travel position in a general respiratory care unit.

Details

• Hospital-based respiratory therapy unit with 176 beds
• General respiratory care in ICU/ER settings
• Patient ratio of 45:1
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Night shift hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• No call requirements
• No floating required
• 13-week assignment length
• Block scheduling available upon request

Requirements

• CRT or RRT certification required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• License required if applicable
• 3-5+ years of experience required
• ICU/ER experience required
• General respiratory care experience required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Holiday coverage required as part of RTO policy
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered for this travel position
