Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ED experience and rural community hospital experience.

Details

• Work in a 16-bed Emergency Department within a hospital setting
• Undesignated trauma level facility
• Treat a patient population that includes geriatric and pediatric patients
• Patient ratios vary depending on department census
• Uses Meditech EHR system
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend rotation required every third weekend
• No on-call requirements
• No floating requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license (WI or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Rural community hospital experience required
• Charge nurse experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Collaborate effectively with a night shift team known for a fun and respectful culture
• Scrub color required is navy blue
• Hoodies and sweatshirts are not permitted as part of attire
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
