Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down/Telemetry position requiring a Mississippi or compact RN license and 2 years of recent experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Step Down/Telemetry unit setting
- Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Active RN license (Mississippi or Compact) required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Step Down/Telemetry experience required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS and SAMA preferred
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide Step Down/Telemetry level nursing care to patients
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
- RTO requests must be less than one week
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
