Description
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for an orthopedic, neuro, and pelvic health caseload in an outpatient clinic setting.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting focused on orthopedic, neurologic, and pelvic health conditions
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekend scheduling required
- One-on-one patient treatment sessions lasting 45 minutes each
- Expected caseload of approximately 50 patients per week
- Paid documentation time provided throughout the day
- AI tools available to assist with clinical charting
- Uses Prompt EMR system
- 26-week contract length preferred
Requirements
- License required if applicable
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions such as joint replacements, sprains, tendinopathies, and spinal conditions
- Experience treating neurologic conditions such as stroke, TBI, MS, and Parkinson's disease preferred
- Familiarity with treatment techniques including McKenzie, NDT, myofascial release, and spinal mobilization preferred
- Experience with pelvic floor training and postpartum care preferred
- Experience with prosthetic training and amputee rehabilitation preferred
Additional Information
- Main responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients across a diverse orthopedic and neurologic caseload
- Techniques utilized may include gait training, extremity mobilization, taping, biofeedback, and functional capacity examinations
- Open to candidates with any level of experience
