Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience to float between two clinic locations.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, typically 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00
• Floats between two clinic locations approximately 9.4 miles apart, with 2 days at one site and 3 days at the other depending on clinic needs
• No weekend requirements
• Uses WebPT for charting
• Treats orthopedic patient population including ankle sprains, DDD, DJD, frozen shoulder, low back pain, post-op shoulder and spinal surgery, total hip and knee replacement, and sciatica
• Utilizes techniques such as gait training, McKenzie method, myofascial release, spinal mobilization, taping, and lumbar traction

Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable
• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• 1+ years of outpatient experience required
• Strong outpatient orthopedics experience required
• CA state license required; pending license accepted with proof of application
• WebPT charting experience helpful
