Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position at a rural community hospital, requiring a Nebraska or compact RN license and 1 year of experience.

Med/Surg Tele unit within a community hospital setting
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
13-week assignment length

Requirements

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact license required
1 year of full-time nursing experience required, rural healthcare experience preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited College of Nursing
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
TNCC certification required within the first two years of employment
PALS and NRP certifications
NIHSS certification
Valid driver's license required
EHR experience preferred, Tru/Bridge/Evident charting system experience preferred
Resume and copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients in a rural community hospital environment
Local candidates accepted
Candidates must reside within a 30-mile radius
RTO requests must be submitted upfront
