Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Acute Rehab position requiring 2 years of acute rehab experience and an active Michigan RN license.
Details
- Work within the Inpatient Rehabilitation Services setting
- Care for acutely ill patients across the life span with unstable medical conditions
- Night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week at 12 hours per shift
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license in Michigan required at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of acute rehab nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments
- Utilize clinical judgment to assess, monitor, and prevent potential physiological complications while promoting optimal patient health
- Report to the shift Team Leader and remain accountable to the Department Manager
- Demonstrate effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment
