Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a CA RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Details

  • Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
  • 13-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • 36 hours per week schedule
  • EPIC EMR system used

Requirements

  • Active RN license in California required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ICU experience within the last 3 years required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred
  • CCRN certification preferred
  • Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials not accepted
  • Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients
  • Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
