Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring 1+ year of recent home health experience and HomeCare HomeBase charting proficiency.

Details

Home Health setting serving geriatric patients
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Coverage area up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
No on-call requirement
iPad provided; personal cell phone not required
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
BLS certification required
OASIS experience required for clinicians performing start of care (SOC) visits
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience required
License required if applicable
Proof of vehicle insurance required
Must be flexible with territory coverage

Additional Information

Scrubs required in any color; jeans not permitted
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
Compliance items must be started within 24 hours of accepting an offer
Any time off requests made after an offer is accepted require on-site manager approval
