Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification and at least 1-2 years of Interventional Imaging experience for a 12-week assignment.

Details

Work setting is the Interventional Radiology department
Day shift schedule of 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekend rotation required
On-call requirements include rotating through primary and secondary on-call
30-minute meal break
May be subject to floating between facilities within the health system upon request

Requirements

Current Illinois license through IEMA required, if applicable
ARRT registry in Radiography (ARRT R) required
ARRT Vascular Interventional (ARRT VI) certification preferred
BLS certification through AHA required
Graduate of an accredited radiography program
1-2 years of Interventional Imaging experience preferred
BSN required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior travel experience required
Experience with Computed Tomography and Fluoroscopy equipment, Philips and Siemens equipment preferred

Additional Information

Accepts local candidates within a 75-mile radius at a local rate
First-time travelers may not be considered given travel experience requirement
