Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager requiring 5 years of RN experience and 3 years of case management experience for a hospital-based position covering inpatient units.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management department position
• Covers all inpatient units, ED holds, and overflow units
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 0800-1630
• 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
• No weekends required
• No major holidays required
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
• In-hospital experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of case management experience required

Additional Information

• Responsible for case management duties across inpatient units, ED holds, and overflow areas
• Candidates must have a verifiable permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position
