Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring an active HI RN license and at least 5 years of experience.

Details

  • Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital environment
  • 13-week assignment with rotating 3x12-hour shifts
  • Must be agreeable to work consecutive weekends as needed

Requirements

  • Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start of contract
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS
  • Additional certifications may be considered: PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, C-EFM
  • Must be able to pass an on-site EKG test to continue the contract

Additional Information

  • Provide PCU-level nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring
  • Holiday pay is only applied if the shift begins on the holiday itself
