Description
American Traveler is looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience to provide in-home rehabilitation services.
Details
- Home Health setting with a visit load of 6 patients per day
- 5x8 day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekend coverage as needed
- No call or floating requirements
- Uses Epic for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- NH state license required if applicable; candidates with license pending may be considered if licensure is obtained by start date
- BLS certification required
- Heart Saver CPR or equivalent required
- Manual therapy skills preferred
- AHA or Red Cross certifications only accepted
Additional Information
- Open to candidates without prior home health experience
- Open to first-time travelers
- 10-hour unit orientation provided
- Scrub attire is flexible
- Candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at the local rate
- Former employees of any facility associated with the health system are not eligible for consideration
