Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 5+ years experience and RCIS certification to work in a cardiac cath lab.
Details
- Hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab with 4 procedure labs
- Cardiac patient population
- 1 team to 1 patient ratio
- Uses Merge Hemo equipment and EMR, with Epic also in use
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Call rotation of one weekday per week and one weekend per month
- No floating required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in cardiac cath lab
- Current BLS and ACLS certification through AHA
- RCIS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Experience with IABP, Impella, Laser, and Shockwave required
- Phillips panning experience required
- Merge Hemo experience preferred
Additional Information
- Cardiac cath lab supporting a comprehensive heart and vascular care program
- Team player mentality with flexibility, initiative, and accountability expected
- Ceil blue or royal blue scrubs required, with professional attire per CMS and facility standards
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
