Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Inpatient Rehab Unit position requiring 2 years of experience and a WA or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in a 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- Med Surge/Rehab unit caring for adult patients recovering from severe injury or illness
- Common diagnoses include stroke and heart failure
- Patient ratio of 1:6
- Uses UDS PRO, Medi Tech, and Pinpoint systems for charting
- Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- No floating requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (WA or Compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- AHA certifications required
- Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide rehabilitative nursing care to adult patients recovering from stroke, heart failure, and other severe conditions
- Report to the Nurse Manager on first day of assignment
- Free parking available onsite
- Candidates must live outside a 60-mile radius of the facility to be considered
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
