Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years of OR experience with a combination of Ortho, Plastics, and OB/GYN cases and an AR or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Main OR department of a women's hospital
• Surgical case mix includes Orthopedic, Plastics, and OB/GYN procedures
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 9-week assignment duration

Requirements

• Active RN license (AR or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience required, with a combination of Ortho, Plastics, and OB/GYN cases
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a combination of Orthopedic, Plastics, and OB/GYN surgical cases
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
