Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years of OR experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

Operating Room setting within a hospital environment
Circulate and scrub across multiple service lines including General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics
Shift options include 0700-1530, 0900-1730, 1100-1930, 1500-2300, and 2300-0730, discussed further during the interview
Rotating weekends, holidays, and call required
Uses Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook

Requirements

Active Ohio or Compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
CNOR certification preferred
Level I trauma experience preferred
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs with assistance

Additional Information

Perform circulating and scrub nurse duties across a wide range of surgical specialties
Support surgical teams in a fast-paced multi-specialty operating room
