Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of adult ICU experience for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Florida.

Details

• Adult patient population with ICU and floor care experience required
• 12-hour night shifts, 7PM-7AM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Overtime must be pre-approved

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience in an adult ICU and floor care setting
• RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Florida license required in hand prior to start
• License required if applicable
• Credentialing documents due 1 week before start date

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients in ICU and floor care settings
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as traveling candidates
• No radius rule applies to this position
• Permanent employees must be separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination are required; booster not currently required
• Two weeks' notice required
