Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of adult ICU experience for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Florida.

Details

• Adult patient population with ICU experience required
• Floor care and ICU experience needed
• 12-hour night shifts, 7pm-7am
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week assignment length
• 36 hours per week

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Minimum 2 years of adult respiratory therapy experience
• ICU experience required
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• Florida RT license required in hand prior to start
• License required if applicable
• Two weeks notice required for scheduling
• Overtime must be pre-approved

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate
• No radius rule for this position
• Returning permanent employees must be separated for 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required; booster not currently required
• Credentialing documents due one week before start date
