Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years adult ICU experience for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Florida.
Details
- Adult patient population with ICU and floor care experience required
- 12-hour night shifts, 7PM-7AM
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend rotation every other weekend
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Minimum 2 years of adult respiratory therapy experience
- ICU and floor care experience required
- Current BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications
- Florida RT license required in hand at time of start
- License required if applicable
- COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) or approved declination required
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate with no radius rule
- Permanent employees must be separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
- Overtime must be pre-approved
- Two weeks notice required for schedule changes
