Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Level III NICU/PICU night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Work in a Level III NICU/PICU respiratory care unit within a busy Labor and Delivery hospital setting
- Night shift hours from 19:00-07:30
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- May float to adult ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, ED, and general pediatrics units
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Current PALS certification through AHA
- Current ACLS certification through AHA
- Current NRP certification through AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory therapy care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients
- Work as part of a Level III NICU/PICU care team
- Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply that could affect pay rate
- COVID vaccination is not required
