Description
American Traveler is hiring an ARRT Certified Cath Lab/EP Technologist for a 13-week Days assignment requiring 3+ years of recent experience and Cath/EP Lab expertise.
Details
- Cardiac Catheterization and EP lab with 2 procedure rooms
- Adult patient population
- Procedures include PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, and ablations
- EPIC (Cupid) EMR used
- Toshiba X-Ray and Cannon equipment used
- 4x10 Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call required with 7 call shifts per 4-week schedule block, including 3 full weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- On-site call room available
- Potential to float to Interventional Radiology
Requirements
- ARRT Certification required
- Current MA License as Radiology Tech required if applicable
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Cath/EP Lab required
- 2 years of Travel experience required
- Interventional, Cardiac, and PCI experience required
- Scrub experience required for device implants, lead revision, and ablations
- EPIC charting experience required
- No RCIS certification accepted
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include scrubbing for device implants, lead revisions, and ablations
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Boston, MA, at a reduced rate
