Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting connected to the facility
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Possible Saturday shift arranged in advance to allow for a weekday off
• 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Uses MEDITECH for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required
• Active state or compact (NLC) license required for the state of practice; pending licenses not accepted; license required if applicable
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Primary responsibility is providing outpatient physical therapy services
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment
