Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Oncology position requiring a KS or compact RN license and at least 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
Details
- Work in a 40-bed oncology unit supporting patients from diagnosis through the continuum of care
- Provide oncological support including radiation, chemotherapy/immunotherapy, and cellular therapy treatments
- Work alongside chemo nurses on the unit
- Day shift schedule from 07:00-19:30
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- BLS certification required (AHA)
- NIH Certification required
- MOAB Moderate Risk certification required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Additional Information
- Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care across the full continuum of cancer treatment
- Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate for local candidates
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
