Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Stepdown Intermediate Care unit requiring a KS or compact license and at least 2 years of experience.

Details

Work in a 36-bed General Surgery and Trauma acute care stepdown intermediate care unit
13-week contract assignment
Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Active KS or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Current BLS certification (AHA) required
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
MOAB Moderate Risk (De-Escalation Training) required
Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to general surgery and trauma patients in a stepdown intermediate care setting
Local candidates may be accepted at a reduced rate under facility radius rules
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
