Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Stepdown/Intermediate Care Med/Surg position requiring a KS or compact license and 2+ years of experience with no on-call obligations.
Details
- Work in the Stepdown Intermediate Care unit of a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment with night shift hours from 19:00-07:30
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Cerner OneChart EHR system
- Ceil blue scrubs required
Requirements
- Active RN license (KS or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care in a stepdown/intermediate care setting
- Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Candidates should plan to discuss extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
