Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neurology unit position with day/night rotating shifts, requiring 2+ years of Level I trauma experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Neurology unit (Lunder 7) inpatient hospital setting
- 36 hours per week with day/night rotating shifts
- 13-week contract assignment
- Utilizes Epic EMR for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required, no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted at some locations)
- Minimum 2 years of Level I trauma center experience required
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start via NURSYS and BON
- Flu vaccine required with no medical or religious exemptions
- Two professional references required
Additional Information
- Local candidates considered if residing within 60 miles of Boston, at a reduced rate
- RTO must be disclosed at time of application
- Contract extensions offered at a reduced rate from the original contract
- No validated parking available; public transportation or paid parking lots recommended
- Timekeeping managed through UKG/Kronos
- First-time travelers not considered due to travel experience requirement
