Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring critical care background and MN licensure.

Details

• Interventional Radiology (IR) unit in a hospital setting
• Adult patient population
• Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts (10-hour shifts may be considered)
• No weekend requirements
• On-call requirement of 1-2 call shifts every 2 weeks

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) required
• Minimum 3 years of critical care experience (ED/ICU) required
• IR nursing experience required
• Adult patient population experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Stroke care experience preferred
• Skills checklist current within 1 year, pertinent to the specialty, required for consideration
• Two supervisory references with employment dates required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide holistic nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to define and improve practice standards and the environment of care
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application for consideration
