Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of experience and Epic EMR experience for a 13-week night shift assignment at an acute care hospital.
Details
- Acute care setting with a Trauma Level 2 designation
- Provides basic and advanced cardiopulmonary care in general patient care areas under the supervision of the cardiopulmonary director or supervisor
- Uses Epic EMR
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend shifts as scheduled
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Must be licensed and registered with the board for respiratory care
- License required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Unexpired driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsible for basic cardiopulmonary care with potential for advanced patient care duties as assigned by the director or supervisor
- Navy blue scrubs required
- False nails are not permitted
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Local candidates are not accepted
- Cancellation policy allows for 2 shifts per 13-week contract
