Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele night shift position requiring recent Epic charting experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Required to work at least every other holiday

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 year combined permanent Med/Surg Tele experience
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with a passing score required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Prior permanent employees may not return to this health system for at least 1 year from their previous end date
