Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a day-shift assignment requiring ARRT (M) and ARRT (R) certification with at least 1 year of high-volume breast center experience.
Details
- Outpatient breast center setting with some inpatient work
- Day shift, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- No on-call, weekend, floating, or holiday requirements
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume breast center required
- ARRT (M), ARRT (R), and BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience required for consideration
- Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
- Experience with Hologic 3D equipment preferred
- State Issued ID required prior to consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform 3-D and digital mammography, diagnostic and screening mammograms, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsy procedures
- Apply isolation precautions, PPE, radiation safety, and universal precautions/core measures
- First-time travelers not accepted for this role
- Local candidates within 90 miles are accepted at a lower bill rate
- RTO requests limited to 5 non-consecutive days, with only one holiday RTO request permitted during the November through January holiday season, subject to management approval prior to contract signing
