Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position requiring adult critical care experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Respiratory department
- Adult critical care patient population
- Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Uses Meditech documentation system
- Floating as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in respiratory therapy
- Adult Critical Care experience required
- Active RRT license required, if applicable
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days of start)
- NRP required if caring for neonates
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory therapy care to adult critically ill patients
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- No local candidates will be considered
