Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Cath Lab position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and BLS/ACLS certification.

Details

Work in the Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM or until cases are completed
5 days per week schedule
Call required at least 8 days per month

Requirements

Active AL or compact RN license required
Current BLS (AHA) certification required
Current ACLS (AHA) certification required
Candidates with pending license applications are eligible for consideration

Additional Information

Provide direct patient care within the Cath Lab
Prior permanent employees of the facility are not eligible for consideration
Requested time off must not exceed 7 days
Local candidates residing within 60 miles are accepted
Hospital housing is available in a remote area
Housing consists of shared units with common spaces and private bedrooms, separated by gender, with no pets allowed

The facility is new grad friendly allowing you to explore other units of interest to help you find your niche. Like all facilities there are the typical woes of burnout nurses but the beautiful thing about this facility is that every one is a team and helps to lift each other up!
