Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiographer/X-Ray Tech for a Rapid Response travel assignment requiring OR and fluoroscopy experience along with a NH state license and ARRT (R) certification.
Details
- 330-bed hospital radiology department
- Unit staffed by 5 techs during the day and 2 on weekends, with backup on-call coverage on weekends and overnights
- Equipment includes Philips, Siemens, and GE OEC C-arms, Carestream, Canon, and Siemens portables, and two new Canon XR rooms
- Uses Allscripts for documentation
- Shift is Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, with rotating every 4th weekend
- On-call responsibilities required
- 6-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- NH state license required in hand prior to consideration (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- OR and fluoroscopy experience required
- Must be able to take call
Additional Information
- Perform fluoroscopy procedures as part of daily responsibilities
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Join a mix of new and experienced technologists across all imaging areas
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility with no local candidates accepted
