Description
American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a Same Day Program requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience and an active NH or compact RN license.
Details
- Provide pre and post-op recovery care in a 34-bed PACU unit
- Phase one recovery with a 1:2 patient ratio
- Support surgical services including gyn, ortho, plastics, vascular, cardiology, and general surgery
- 40 hours per week with varying shift start times ranging from 6:00a to 11:00a
- No on-call responsibilities
- No weekend requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS certification preferred
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
- October start date only
