Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Level III NICU/PICU night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience and AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

Details

• Level III NICU and PICU is the primary unit assignment
• May float to Adult ICU, General Pediatrics, Emergency Department, or Adult Med/Surg/Tele as needed
• Night shift hours from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA PALS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Current AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification required
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients in a Level III NICU/PICU setting
• Work as part of a specialized pediatric and neonatal respiratory care team
• Accepts local candidates, though a radius rule may apply that affects pay rate
