Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CICU position requiring at least 1 year of critical care experience and a CT or compact RN license.

Details

  • Work in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
  • 17-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active RN license (CT or compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience required
  • Open heart or cardiac surgery experience preferred but not required
  • License verification dated within 30 days of start required

Additional Information

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill cardiac patients
  • Candidates with strong critical care backgrounds will be considered even without open heart experience, with appropriate case assignment
  • Local candidates accepted with local pay rates in select states
